Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Steee LLC, a Kansas limited liability company based in Olathe, Kansas, including steee.app and the local home service websites we operate under brand names such as JoCo Radon and Springfield MO Septic.

What we do

Steee LLC builds and operates websites and software. On the local service sites we do not perform the work ourselves. We pass inquiries to the contractor serving that area, and that contractor is responsible for the work, its pricing, and its warranty.

Text messaging program

When someone calls or texts the tracking number listed on one of our sites and we do not answer, we send one automated reply acknowledging the contact and asking for the details we need to return the call. Messages are sent only to people who contacted us first. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

When you opt in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will reply to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. If you want to start again, contact us the way you did the first time and we will resume.

If you forget which keywords are supported, text HELP to the number that messaged you. We will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe.

Participating carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central, IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Call recording

Calls to our tracking numbers are recorded. A recorded announcement tells you so at the start of the call. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and contact us by email instead.

Acceptable use

Do not use our sites or numbers to send unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading content, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

No warranty

Our sites and software are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that a quote will be provided, or that any particular outcome will follow from contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
